• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because many of our items are handmade and unique:

• All sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging for a replacement or refund.

• Digital products and donations are non-refundable.

Donations made through our Site are voluntary and non-refundable. They are used to support our mission of caring for and rescuing cats.
